This training, designed for coaches who want to take their coaching performance one step further, focuses on emotions and the needs they correspond to. This technique allows people to look at their communication with themselves from a healthy point of view.

The focus of this technique, 'non-violence', is not only about not using physical force, but also about not being judgmental, labeling or limiting in the language we use. It is important for coaches to apply this technique both in terms of observing their own coaching competencies and supporting their approach to the field of coaching. It nurtures the coaching competencies of the coach and provides him with a different perspective.

Our rapid reactions to outside influences are rooted in our societal beliefs and imposed teachings. In every reaction we give without thinking, we actually act blind and deaf. How much of our choice are our reactions in this way really? On the other hand, the Emotion-oriented Communication perspective creates a state of awareness as it will be an opportunity to extend the time between this effect and reaction. When the effect comes, it is an opportunity to stop, that is, to park, to realize the emotions and thoughts that take action in us, and to turn our reaction into a choice.

This method can be used easily in all areas of life, as well as a tool that can be easily applied by oneself. In this case, it becomes a method that coaches can use when needed in their own lives.

Our training, which has the accreditation of ICF, which is recognized as an authority in the field of coaching in the world, has been organized in accordance with ICF basic competencies and after the 2-day training, the participants will be entitled to receive the "Feeling focused communication coaching" Certificate.
